Wicked Ticket Challenge Update

Hey CMT Alums!
I am just checking in with you on your progress with the Wicked Capital Campaign challenge. So far, we have five kids who have qualified for tickets and a seat on the bus to see Wicked next summer! Are you working on joining this group? I am curious about how many kids are working toward raising the funds to qualify for the trip. Would you drop me an email at tracyecfp@aol.com to let me know if you are trying to qualify?

We have a new fundraiser planned for Saturday, April 25th that you can participate in to help you toward your fundraising goal. We are joining with the Elks Club to hold a pancake breakfast on that day. Sometime in March we will have tickets available at the CMT office for you to pickup and sell. These should be really easy to sell, since they are priced at $5 each for an all you can eat breakfast! So you can have a batch of these and all your ticket money can go toward this campaign. Hopefully this will make it easier to reach your goal of 20 sq. ft., which is $860. Check the website or call Ruthie to find out when tickets are available.

Just a couple of points for you to remember about the contest:

  1. Let people know that you are raising money for CMT to buy a building. People love to give to something permanent.
  2. We will close this contest on May 1st, so get busy finishing up your fundraising.
    If you have checks that have been donated that you have not yet turned in, go ahead and send them in. In fact, you can turn cash in also as you get it. Make sure you put it in an envelope with your name on it, so Ruthie can credit you. List any amounts you turn in on your tracking sheet.
  3. We need you to turn in your tracking sheet to confirm your qualification for the trip and save your spot. If you need another tracking sheet, we’ll leave some on the table outside the CMT office.

We also have some full color brochures that talk about the new building and the capital campaign. You are welcome to take as many of these as you would like to help with your fundraising. These will also be on the table outside the CMT office.
