Auditions

Casting Policy

The audition process is always fair and objective.

Casting decisions are made by the Director, Music Director and Choreographer.

Children's Musical Theatre hires a professional Director and Choreographer from outside the Bartlesville area to give students exposure to professional directors and instructors whose experience and expertise they normally would not have opportunity to work with, and allows the Director and Choreographer to work unbiased with students they do not know and gives students an equal chance in casting decisions.

Cast members are challenged to stretch the limits of their talents whether they are first-time performers or seasoned veterans.

Our mission is to enrich the lives of youth by providing quality musical theatre performance and educational opportunities.
