HERE ARE THE DETAILS!
The homeowner will receive a note explaining the promotion, that it will
be in place for 24 hours, there will be an order form if they'd like to order a
"WONKA'ed"
Coordinators will pick up hats/signs and move to the next location.

"WONKA'ing" family, friends, & neighbors.
